"Unlike machine made, shrink wrapped, paraffin candles, Creative Candles tapers are hand-dipped. They're tediously built, a thin layer at a time, by dipping the wick into a tank of hot wax and then allowing that paper-thin layer to cool before the candle is lowered into the hot wax for its next layer. Approximately 24 layers make up a 7/8" taper. "

• Blend of 7 different waxes, including pharmaceutical grade beeswax for smokeless burn, and less suseptable unsuseptable to bending.
• Thick braided 100% cotton wick to ensure constant burn and minimal drip.
• Tapers measure 1/4" diameter x 15" long.
